Request Tracker for Incident Response (RTIR) is an extension to RT that provides workflows and extra functionality specifically for security teams, CERTs, CSIRTS, and similar types of groups who manage and respond to network and security incidents for their organizations. Now that we've released RTIR 4.0, the version that runs with RT 4.4, we created a new video to show a typical RTIR workflow and describe some of its key features.
