Emergency support entitles you up to 4 hours of on demand support. Support will begin within 2 hours of purchase during our standard business hours, Monday-Friday 8AM - 5PM US Eastern time. Support purchased outside of our standard business hours will begin at the start of the next business day.
By purchasing support, you are agreeing to the terms of Best Practical's Master Service Agreement. Please note that Best Practical cannot guarantee that 4 hours will resolve all issues, so additional support may need to be purchased.
