Mailing Lists

There are four mailing lists about RT that you might be interested in:

rt-announce@lists.bestpractical.com: Announcements of new RT releases and security issues (very low volume, recommended if you use RT)
rt-users@lists.bestpractical.com: General discussion of the use of RT, basic troubleshooting, sharing of tips, etc. (high volume, often helpful)
rt-devel@lists.bestpractical.com: Discussion of modifying RT's codebase yourself or deep technical discussions about RT (medium to low volume)
rt-commit@lists.bestpractical.com: Changes committed to the RT Git archive (high volume)

To get yourself on to any of these lists, send mail to (listname)-request@lists.bestpractical.com with a message body consisting solely of the word:
